There has never been a more critical time to look after your physical health, which is closely linked to your mental health and immune function.
If you are in pain, have mobility problems or cannot exercise, we would strongly recommend attending the clinic for an assessment and treatment course if required.
Just to remind you...
Medical and healthcare services are deemed essential, including chartered physiotherapy which falls under category (b) therapy services provided by a member of a designated profession within the meaning of section 3 of the Health and Social Care Professionals Act 2005 (No. 27 of 2005). If you would prefer to consult with one of the team remotely, we can arrange a phone or video consultation for you.
Telehealth consultations allow us to diagnose your problem, provide expert advice and guidance, and prescribe therapeutic exercises and self-treatment techniques.
All the major Irish health insurers have agreed to re-reimburse telehealth physiotherapy during the Covid-19 pandemic.
We are uncertain at this time when we will be able to resume our PhysioPilates terms at the clinic. We will keep you posted.
In the meantime, Kate and Rachael have been busy offering one to one sessions with our clients. Each session is about 30 minutes long and provided while meeting social distancing requirements.
The feedback from our clients has been very positive. Our clients feel safe, and well looked after, enjoying the benefits of closely supervised exercise sessions, including lots of general health tips.
If you would like to book a session, please call us on 01 2834303.
