PhysioPilates Video classes, Update & Zoom?

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all of you who have been so understanding and appreciative of the efforts we, along with Katie and Rachael, made to ensure those enrolled in the Spring 2020 term could complete their classes online.
Having a term interrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic was undoubtedly not anticipated, and like many clinics, we had to react quickly, making difficult decisions with little information and guidance. When we remember those tough weeks, what stands out is how our physios and reception rallied to help and support us. We will always be grateful for their support.

If you were an active member, enrolled in the interrupted Spring PhysioPilates term, you have been provided with links to the online videos for the remaining classes. These links were initially due to expire on the 31st of May. However, we have extended the availability of these classes online until we can resume classes at the clinic.
We do not yet know when we will be able to resume classes at the clinic; this will depend on more specific guidance regarding how the government restrictions will be applied in our clinical setting. It is likely, due to physical distancing requirements, that we will have to reduce class numbers to a maximum of four attendees per class to allow for a 2-metre distance between each attendee.
We will keep you posted on any developments.
Future Live Classes?
In the meantime, we are considering arranging some live evening classes, provided online using one of the live streaming platforms, probably Zoom.
We are looking at how we can arrange this logistically given we currently require the use of the studio for client treatment sessions. Ideally, a system which allows easy and secure online pre-payment and registration would work well given we currently do not have front desk reception to assist with the all the PhysioPilates related administration.
Finally, to wish you all well at this challenging time. There are positive signs that normality is not too far away. That said, our definition of normality has changed, for the better we feel. Many of our clients feel that same way, expressing a renewed emphasis on physical health, mental health and longevity. Now is the time to make those changes, create new habits, adopt different routines which allow you to thrive.
